1. A person to whom the title of such business assets is transferred may not use his predecessor's trade name, unless such name devolves unto him or the predecessor authorizes him to use it; provided that he adds to the name such particulars purporting to the transfer of ownership. 2. Any violation of the provisions of Clause (1) above shall be penalized by a fine of at least (AED 10,000) ten thousand dirhams.
