1. The endorser shall guarantee the acceptance and payment of the bill, unless otherwise stipulated. 2. The endorser may prohibit the re-Endorsement of bill, and in such case, he shall not be liable for the guarantee vis-à-vis the person to whom the bill is transferred by means of a subsequent endorsement.
