1. An Endorsement shall be written on the bill of exchange itself or on a paper attached thereto, and shall be signed by the endorser. 2. An Endorsement may be signed only by the endorser (blank endorsement). In order for an Endorsement to be valid in this case, it shall be written on the back of the bill or on the paper attached thereto.
