Subject to the terms and conditions provided in legislation regulating the protection of intellectual property rights, the trade name of an individual trader shall consist of his given name and surname. It may contain particulars concerning the persons named therein that relate to the type of trade for which it is allocated, and it may also contain an invented designation. In all cases, the trade name shall correspond to the truth and shall not be misleading or prejudice public order or morals.
