1. The documents shall be presented to the bank before the expiry of the letter of credit term. If the documents are presented beyond such a term, the bank shall reject them, unless the person ordering the opening of credit requests that the same be approved, and the bank approves the same. 2. The bank shall ascertain that the documents required are available and that their contents are in full conformity with the conditions of the letter of credit and that they fully conform with each other.
