1. A bank loan is a contract under which the bank lends an amount of money to the borrower or credits it to the borrower's bank account in accordance with the agreed conditions and terms. 2. Banks shall obtain sufficient security or guarantees for the loans they provide. 3. The borrower shall repay the loan and interest to the bank at the agreed times and on the agreed conditions.
