1. The carrier shall be liable for the delayed arrival and for such bodily or non-bodily injuries sustained by the passenger during the performance of the carriage contract. 2. The liability set out in Clause (1) shall only lapse if the carrier proves that the delay or injury is due to force majeure, the passenger's fault or a third party's act.
