1. The carrier shall unload the item upon arrival, unless unloading is carried out by the consignee or another person under an agreement, law, regulation or instructions. In such case, the carrier shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the unloading. 2. In all cases, the carrier shall bear the unloading costs, unless otherwise agreed upon.
