1. The consignor shall provide the carrier with particulars of the consignee's name and address, the destination, and the type, value, weight, volume, quantity, packaging and wrapping method, and number of packages of the items to be transported, together with other particulars sufficient to identify them, as well as the delivery period and the route to be followed. 2. The consignor shall be liable for damage resulting from the inaccuracy or insufficiency of the particulars provided.
