1. A carriage contract and a commission agency contract for carriage shall be concluded by the mere association of an offer and an acceptance, unless both parties agree to defer such conclusion to the time of delivery. The contract may be proved by all means of evidence. 2. The receipt by the carrier of the item subject to carriage shall be deemed as an acceptance by him of the offer made by the consignor. 3. A passenger's boarding on the means of transport shall be considered as an acceptance of the offer made by the carrier, unless it is established that the passenger's intention was not to conclude a carriage contract.
