1. Where the limits of the authority vested in the commercial representative have not been determined, the authority shall be deemed general and comprehensive for all the transactions related to the kind of trade which the representative has been delegated to carry out. 2. A merchant may not invoke the limitation of delegation against a third party unless he establishes that such third party is aware of such limitation.
