1. The seller shall, after entering into the contract, undertake to deliver the goods at the airport of departure to the air carrier or to its representative at the place and on the date agreed upon or at the place designated by the buyer, in accordance with the rules and practices applicable at the airport of departure. 2. The seller shall without delay notify the buyer that the delivery of the goods has been effected by any means of telecommunications or means of modern technology.
