UAE Commercial Transactions Law — Article 119 — Article (119)

1. The provisions of this Section shall apply to the voluntary sale of movables by public auction. 2. A public auction sale means every sale that any person may attend, even if bidding is confined to a specific class of persons. 3. Movables mean all movable property the possession of which has passed for any reason by which ownership is acquired.
