1. The General Partner of a Limited Partnership shall have all the rights and powers of any partner of a General Partnership, and shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and obligations imposed on the partner of a General Partnership. 2. A loan or any other obligation entered into by a General Partner in the name or for the benefit of the Company shall be deemed an obligation of the Company itself.
