Article 61 — Article (61) Profits and Losses

Part Two: Partnerships · Chapter One: General Partnership

1. The profits, losses and the partner's shares therein shall be determined at the end of the Company's fiscal year in light of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account. 2. Each partner shall be considered a creditor of the Company to the extent of his share in the profits once such share is determined. Any capital reduction as a result of losses shall be replenished from the profits of the subsequent years, unless there is agreement to the contrary and. Other than that, any partner may not be required to replenish his contribution to the company's capital resulting from losses except with his own consent.
