Article 50 — Article (50) Manager Entering into Contracts for his Own Benefit

Part Two: Partnerships · Chapter One: General Partnership

1. The manager may not enter into any contracts for his own benefit or for the benefit of any of his relatives up to the second degree with the Company without the written permission of all the partners to be granted on a case by case basis. 2. The manager may not carry on any activity of the same kind as that of the Company except with the written permission of all the partners, to be renewed annually.
