1. The name of a General Partnership shall consist of the name[s] of one or more partners in addition to the words "and partners" or words of similar meaning, provided that the name of the Company ends with the words "General Partnership". In addition, the Company may have its own trade name. 2. If the name of a General Partnership contains the name of a person who is not a partner in the Company and that person has knowledge of the same, the person in question shall be jointly liable for the Company's obligations vis-à-vis any person that deals with the Company in good faith.
