1. The liquidator shall be dismissed in the same way as he was appointed. Any resolution or court order to dismiss a liquidator shall provide for the appointment of a new liquidator. 2. A liquidator's dismissal shall be entered in the commercial register and shall not be effective vis-à-vis third parties except of the date of such entry.
