The merger agreement shall set out the conditions and method of merger, particularly the following: 1. The MOA and AOA of the merging Company or the new target company; 2. The name and address of each Director or the proposed manager of the merging Company or the new Company. 3. The method of conversion of the shares or equity stake of the merged companies into shares or equity stake in the merging Company or the new Company.
