Article 268 — Article (268) Definition of the Holding Company

1. A holding company is a Joint Stock Company or a Limited Liability Company that sets up subsidiaries in the State or abroad or controls existing companies, by holding shares or equity stake enough to enable it to control the management of the Company or influence its resolutions. 2. The name of the Company followed by the words "holding company" shall appear on all stationary, notices and other documents of the holding company.
