1. Private Joint Stock Companies shall maintain a register showing the names of the shareholders, number of shares held by each shareholder and any transactions on the shares. The register shall be delivered to the Share Register Secretariat. 2. The SCA shall, in coordination with the Ministry, issue a resolution to regulate, supervise and monitor the work of the Share Register Secretariat.
