Article 220 — Article (220) Discharge of Shareholder

Part Four: Public Joint Stock Companies · Chapter Five: Shares, Bonds and Sukuk

1. The Company may not relieve the shareholder from his obligation to pay the value of a share, and such obligation may not be set off against any of the shareholder's rights owed by the Company. 2. Any creditors of the Company may file a lawsuit against the shareholder to compel payment of the value of the share.
