Article 182 — Article (182) Powers of the General Assembly

1. Subject to the provisions of this Decree Law and the resolutions issued in implementation hereof and the AOA of the company, the General Assembly shall be competent to consider all the issues in connection with the company. The General Assembly is not permitted to consider matters other than those listed in the agenda. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause [1] of this Article, the General Assembly shall have the right to consider the serious incidents revealed during the meeting. If the SCA or a shareholder or a number of shareholders holding at least 5% of the share capital of the company request, before commencing the discussion of the General Assembly's agenda, to list an additional item or items in the agenda, the chairman of the meeting shall list such item or items. The SCA will issue a resolution determining the conditions to be observed for listing a new item on the General Assembly's agenda.
