Article 155 — Article (155) Representation of the Company

1. The chairman shall legally represent the Company before the courts and in respect of its relationships with third parties, unless the AOA of the Company provides that its Director General shall act as its representative before the courts and on its relationships with third parties. 2. The chairman may delegate any of his powers to any Director. 3. The board of directors may not confer upon the chairman an absolute delegation of its responsibilities.
