1. The Agent, his legal representative or his heirs, in case of his death, shall submit an application to the Ministry concerning any change or amendment which may be made to the Commercial Agency in order to be annotated and to be include in the Commercial Agencies Register, within sixty (60) days from the date of becoming aware of such change or amendment. 2. The Ministry shall notify the federal and local authorities in charge of the customs affairs, the Competent Authority and the relevant authorities of the amendments and changes referred to above.
