The court may, at the request of the prosecutor or at its own discretion, decide the following: a. To take all necessary measures in order to protect intelligence, its methods and curricula. b. To take all necessary measures in order to protect victims, witnesses, experts, confidential sources, informants and other parties in the case, if there is any serious fear for their safety.
