1. Whoever collaborates with a foreign country, terrorist organization, terrorist person or one of those who are working for the benefit of any of the same, as well as whoever communicates with any of the foregoing, so as to commit a terrorist crime, shall be punished by life imprisonment. 2. The penalty shall be death if such crime has been committed.
