Section Two: Terrorist Crimes and Penalties · Chapter Two: Offenses relating to a Terrorist Organization

1. Whoever trains or have a training, with an intent to commit a terrorist crime, shall be punished by life or provisional imprisonment for a term not less than five years. 2. The penalty shall be life or provisional imprisonment for a term not less than ten years if such training is related to the use of conventional weapons, martial arts, methods of combat or security exercises with an intent to commit a terrorist crime. 3. The penalty shall be death or life imprisonment if such training is related to the use of nonconventional weapons with an intent to commit a terrorist crime.
