Article 950

Book Two: Nominate Contracts · Section Four: Aleatory Contracts · Chapter Two: Life Annuity

1. The obligation for an annuity may be for the life of the obligor, the obligee, or any other person. 2. The obligation is deemed to be established for the life of the obligor, unless otherwise agreed. 3. The obligation shall be extinguished by the death of the obligor, or their bankruptcy or insolvency.
