1. The sequestrator is obliged to preserve the property entrusted to their sequestration and to manage this property, and shall exercise, in all such matters, the care of an ordinary person. 2. The sequestrator may not delegate to another person the performance of all or part of their duties without the consent of the relevant parties or the permission of the court, as the case may be. 3. The sequestrator is obliged to keep proper records related to the duties entrusted thereto.
