1. The sub-agent shall be dismissed by the death or bankruptcy of the original principal, and upon the dismissal by the principal or by the agent. However, the sub-agent shall not be dismissed by the dismissal or death of the agent. 2. In the event of the revocation of the principal agency, all sub-agencies derived therefrom shall be deemed revoked by virtue of law.
