1. The engineer shall be entitled to a separate consideration for preparing the design and preparing the bill of quantities, and another for managing the work and supervising its execution, unless otherwise agreed. 2. If the contract does not specify these considerations, the engineer shall be entitled to the remuneration of the like. 3. If the work is not completed in accordance with the design prepared by the engineer, the consideration shall be assessed based on remuneration of the like.
