1. An elected domicile may be designated for the performance of a specific legal act, and shall apply for all matters relating to such act, including compulsory enforcement procedures, unless it is expressly stipulated that such domicile shall be limited to certain acts. 2. The existence of an elected domicile shall not be established except by writing.
