1. It may be agreed in the Muqawala contract that the contractor is obligated to provide the work only, and that the employer shall provide the materials to be used by the contractor in performing their work. 2. It may also be agreed in the Muqawala contract that the contractor is obligated to provide all or part of the materials, in addition to their obligation to perform the work.
