1. If the term for the Musaqah is not specified in the contract, it shall extend to the first yield obtained in the first agricultural cycle, unless custom provides otherwise. 2. If a term is specified in the contract during which fruit is likely to appear but does not appear at all, neither of the contracting parties shall be entitled to anything from the other.
