For the validity of a sharecropping contract, the following shall be required: 1. The land shall be known, defined, and suitable for cultivation. 2. The type of crop and the genus of the seed shall be specified, or the option shall be left to the farmer to plant whatever they wish. 3. The share of each of the two parties in the produce shall be determined as an undivided proportional share.
