1. The share of each of the contracting parties in the profit shall be determined according to the agreement. 2. If there is no agreement on determining the share of each of the contracting parties in the profit, it shall be determined in accordance with the prevailing custom, and either contracting party may, in this case, terminate the Mudaraba contract in accordance with Article (667) of this Law.
