1. If the Mudaraba contract is restricted by time, place, type of work, or otherwise, the mudarib shall be bound by the restrictions imposed by the contract. 2. If the Mudaraba contract is unrestricted, the mudarib shall be authorized to carry out the work in accordance with the prevailing custom.
