1. If a partner has personal creditors, they may not, during the existence of the company, claim their rights from the partner's share in the company's assets, but may claim them from that partner’s share in the profits. After the liquidation of the company, they may claim their rights from the debtor's share in the company's assets. 2. The personal creditor of a partner may levy a precautionary attachment in the hands of the liquidator over what will develop upon their debtor from the company's assets upon liquidation.
