1. The borrower is obliged to return the same amount, type, and description of what they have received at the end of the loan period, and no regard shall be had to any change in its value, at the time and place agreed upon. 2. If it is impossible to return an item of the same kind as the borrowed item, the lender's right shall transfer to its value on the date of receipt.
