1. The purchaser shall be obliged to pay the immediate price at the location of the subject matter of the sale at the time of the contract, unless there is an agreement or custom to the contrary. 2. If the price is a deferred debt upon the purchaser and there is no agreement on its payment at a specific place, it shall be paid at the purchaser's domicile at the time the payment falls due.
