1. The contracting parties may agree to increase the warranty against entitlement. 2. Any condition that excludes or reduces the warranty shall be void. 3. The purchaser's knowledge that the subject matter of the sale is not owned by the seller shall not prevent them from recovering the price in the event of entitlement.
