1. The joint and several creditors, jointly or severally, may claim the entire debt from the debtor. 2. If one of the joint and several creditors demands performance from the debtor, the debtor may not plead against this creditor defences personal to other creditors, but they may plead against the demanding creditor defences personal to this creditor, and defences that are common to all creditors.
