1. If there are multiple persons responsible for the harm, each shall be liable in proportion to their share therein, and the court may rule that they be liable equally or jointly and severally. 2. The court may reduce the amount of compensation or not award it at all if the injured party contributed by their act to causing the harm or aggravated it.
