Article 145

A person may not be permitted to contract with themself in the name of the person they represent, whether the contract is for their own account or for the account of another person, without the authorization of the principal. However, the principal in this case may ratify the contract. Without prejudice to any contrary provisions of the law or the rules of commerce.
