1. The prices of seeds, fertilizers, and other fertilizing materials and pesticides, and the expenses of cultivation and harvesting, shall have a privilege over the crop for the production of which they were incurred, and they shall all be of the same rank, to be collected from its proceeds after the preceding rights, if any. 2. The prices of agricultural machinery and the expenses of its repair shall have a privilege over it in the same rank.
