Article 135

1. An agreement under which both or one of the contracting parties undertakes to conclude a specific contract in the future shall not be valid unless all the essential elements of the contract intended to be concluded and the period within which it shall be concluded are specified. 2. If the law requires that a form be fulfilled for the completion of the contract, compliance with this form shall be observed in the agreement that includes the promise to conclude the contract.
