1. A claim for the right of usufruct shall not be admissible, upon denial, if it has not been exercised for a period of fifteen (15) years. 2. If the right of usufruct is held by several co-usufructuaries, the exercise of the right by one of them shall interrupt the period to the benefit of the others. Similarly, the suspension of the period for the benefit of one of the co-usufructuaries shall suspend it for the benefit of the others.
