1. Ownership and other real rights (jus in rem) in movables and immovables shall be transferred by contract once its elements and conditions are fulfilled, in accordance with the provisions of the law and applicable legislations. 2. Ownership of a movable not specified by its kind shall not be transferred except by its segregation.
