1. The executor of the estate shall, during the liquidation, take all measures for the preservation of the estate assets, perform the necessary acts of administration, represent the estate in legal proceedings, and collect its due debts. 2. The executor of the estate, even if not remunerated, shall be liable as an agent for consideration, and they shall submit an account of their administration at the intervals determined by the court.
